Returns/Exchanges
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your product(s) do arrived damaged, the customer needs to contact us with in 24hours of receiving the order with suitable proof to request the exchange. please send photos to returns@AnberLights.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Anber Light is strict No Refund company. All Sales Are Final. Only exchange when is wrong item or the item is damage. Cancellation at any time prior to shipping. All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order in 3 business days.
Exchange:
You (the buyer) are responsible for all returns shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive incorrect product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours, only in this special case, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement products. All items that shall be send back for exchange must be in their original, new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
